Terms & Conditions
1. No cancellation, exchange or refund once order is confirmed and payment made.
2. Full refund will be made if BP is cancelled or if items are OOS.
3. Waiting period is about 2 weeks after BP is closed. Confirmation of waiting time will be sent via email after payment is made and verified.
4. Please email us with the payment details (refer to format below) after payment is made.
5. We will not be responsible for any lost or damage orders by normal post. Therefore, registered mail is highly recommended.

Payment Details
1. Please make payment to POSB SAVINGS ACCOUNT 186-50224-8.
2. For interbank transfers, please allow 2-3 working days for verification.
3. After payment is made, please email to berryade@gmail.com using the above format.

1. Normal Postage
1 item: S$1.50
Every additional item: + S$1.00
5 items and above: Free normal postage
10 items and above: Free Delivery
2. Registered Mail at extra $2.24. You are encouraged to opt for Registered Mail.
Please note that we will not be liable for any losses, damages or crumpling of items sent by normal or registered mail. However we will ensure that items are properly packed before they are sent out.
3. Self-collection (with prior arrangements ONLY) is available at the following collection points:
- All days (timing to be specified) at #B1-09 The Sail @ Marina Bay
(5 mins sheltered walk from Raffles MRT)
- Weekdays only (Lunch time) at Tanjong Pagar or Raffles Place MRT stations
- Every Sunday 1pm at Kovan MRT station
